Can I mail in my rig for servicing?
Yes, we do offer remote servicing of skydiving equipment. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and that you will be billed for the return shipping. The shipping address to mail your equipment to can be found above.
What are the steps for requesting a remote service?
First figure out what it is you are needing done (contact us by form/email/phone if you are not sure). Once you have added the services you are needing to the cart and completed checkout, mail us your equipment. Make sure the return address one the package matches the shipping address. We will contact you and collect return postage once the services have been completed.
Can I request a pickup instead of paying to ship my equipment back to me?
Yes, you may pick up your equipment in person upon completion. If you are not a prior customer, please make sure to bring a valid state-issued ID.
What mailing service should I use to send my equipment?
Please make sure to only use either UPS or FedEX to mail equipment to us. We recommend padding the boxes and adding insurance for lost and stolen packages to your shipment.
